For me, its almost the same. But i prefer using bings seo analyzer.

It's not... Google HTML Improvements only gives you an idea on your metas, descriptions etc... Bing's SEO Analyzer will give you the opportunity to locate where the affected areas are coming from... Just click on the + plus sign and you will see what you can do to improve your SEO and they will give you a recommended actions to improve it.
